I had cool and quiet room with spacious bathroom, balcony and a comfortable bed.

The stay here was really great, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous and stunning location near to the boats, the hydrofoil and ferry terminal, and the ferries of the Eoalian islands

I loved staying in this good little and beautifully decorated hotel based in a traditional building. Spacious and unique rooms had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The bed was good, the staff were excellent and thoughtful people from check-in to check-out. The location was favourable - not far from urban areas in Sicily and the ferry terminal.

The room felt a little loud and the bathroom was tiny.

The elevator made it easy to navigate the floors, and the staff were always there to lend a helping hand whenever I needed assistance. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It would have been even better if there were more options available specifically tailored towards senior guests. It would have been wonderful if there were additional amenities or services offered that catered to our needs.

I asked for a double room with balcony and TV, for example, had a perfect stay. Had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom.

When we visit Milazzo, like staying here. Excellent fairly clean property, it has very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff from check-in to check-out. The location is amazing and stunning, walking distance to a port.

A small suggestion for an even better vacation experience for senior people would be to have handrails installed in the bathrooms for added safety. The children working there were incredibly helpful and kind, but this addition would ensure a worry-free stay for seniors.

Walking distance to the port made it very convenient for island hopping. The breakfast, served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the view of the port, was a great way to start the day. The staff was really helpful and provided suggestions for dining and attractions in the area.

The hotel's location was perfect for my trip. It was right in front of the harbor, which made it easy for me to catch the ferry to the Aeolian Islands. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped me with all my needs and even provided me with a map of the city. The staff were so freaking awesome, they totally had my back! They hooked me up with an early check-in, gave me killer recommendations for dinner, and even dropped me off at the train station. The room was super clean and comfy, with an amazing shower. Oh, and the breakfast on the terrace was out-of-this-world, with yummy Sicilian treats and killer coffee. Plus, the location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the ferry to the mind-blowing Aeolian Islands. Seriously, such a rad spot for exploring. And bonus points for free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and being pet-friendly.

The location of this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing, right across from the harbor and pier. Being only 5 minutes away from the boat was super convenient.
